We have successfully brought eco-tourism to a unique, bio-diverse, off-the-grid location with four different eco-systems: river, mangroves, mountainous rainforest and lowland rainforest. We are just twenty minutes by boat from a beautiful, secluded beach as well.

The lodge has eight open acres of beautiful lawn on which expansion of additional cabins and facilities can easily be added. This property is an open canvas on which any vision can be accommodated. Our eco lodge can be taken over and slowly expanded to the next level with the addition of more cabins. We have a list of marketing options for the new owners so they know where our strengths are and where we feel they might benefit in new markets not penetrated yet. Dan will be on-site to train the new owners so they know everything we know to be successful going forward.

This is not a good opportunity for someone who has to leverage him or herself too much just to buy this eco lodge. The ideal buyer/investor will have additional capital set aside as a cushion until they become more experienced in this industry. Anyone thinking of taking out a loan and using the income from the lodge to pay the loan and living expenses should not consider this opportunity. It takes some time to understand this industry so again we recommend a cushion to get you through the learning curve.

There are big things happening for tourism in the southern part of the Osa Peninsula with the planned opening of Central America’s biggest airport in Sierpe moving forward. Increasing property values and tourism will continue to be on the rise in this area the closer we get to that ground-breaking day.
